Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop new beverage processing and packaging machinery.

- Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.

- Develop 3D models and complete machine assemblies.

- Design mechanical systems including frames, conveyors, tanks, piping layouts, drive systems, and machine components.

- Perform engineering calculations and structural validation using ANSYS Workbench.

- Improve existing machine designs for higher performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and production ocumentation.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, fabrication, purchase, and assembly teams during product development.

- Work closely with production and installation teams to resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

- Participate in prototype development, testing, validation, and continuous product improvement.

- Support turnkey project execution from concept through manufacturing and commissioning.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-9 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and product development.

- Strong knowledge of machine design principles and manufacturing processes.

- Experience in industrial machinery or turnkey plant equipment is highly preferred.





- Ability to independently handle complete machine design projects.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willing to work full-time from the Hyderabad office.
