- Experience in Manual Testing.
- Proficient with ticketing tools like JIRA for defect tracking and management.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction.
- Experience in using root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone diagram) to identify defect origins.
- Exceptional English reading and writing skillsability to understand complex defect reports and write clear bug descriptions.
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail to identify critical defects and missing information.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, managing multiple defect triage activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA/testing fundamentals.
- Comfortable using smartphones, virtual platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
