Management Trainee (McDonald's)

Job Summary

McDonald's is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Management Trainees to join its restaurant operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in restaurant operations, customer service, team management, and business operations, with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth team coordination.
- Handle billing, cash counter, and POS operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Support inventory management and stock control activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age: 1824 years.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with leadership potential.

Work Schedule

- Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
- Working Days: 5 Days per Week
- Shift: Rotational Shifts

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: 21,500 per month
- In-hand Salary: Approx. 16,500 per month
- Performance-based promotion to Assistant Manager after successful completion of 6 months (as per company policy).
- Post-Promotion CTC: 26,500 per month.
