Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics and transport operations including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch coordination

Operate and maintain data within FleetX or similar software for real-time fleet tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring

Oversee a fleet of company vehicles ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and cost efficiency

Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver performance

Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time and logistics costs

Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and fleet utilization

Requirements

5+ years of experience in transport/logistics operations

Proficiency in FleetX or similar software is required

Solid working knowledge of fleet management, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination

Effective communication and team leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Immediate availability preferred
