Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automation and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and automation faults to minimize production downtime.
- Install, configure, test, and commission recent automation equipment and control systems.
- Maintain and modify PLC and HMI programs when required.
- Calibrate field instruments, transmitters, and control devices.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment documentation, and calibration reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and OEM vendors during maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
