Key Responsibilities:

- Develop luxury interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare mood boards, furniture layouts, material boards, client presentations, and design proposals.

- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including furniture layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

- Assist in selecting luxury furniture, lighting, artefacts, rugs, dcor, fabrics, and finishes as per the design concept.

- Coordinate with the sourcing team for furniture and dcor procurement from China.

- Review catalogues, product specifications, dimensions, finishes, fabrics, and pricing before presenting options to clients.

- Prepare furniture schedules, BOQs, and detailed product selection sheets.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, budgets, and timelines.

- Stay updated with international luxury interior trends, especially furniture and dcor from China, Italy, and other global markets.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.





- 0-8 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial interiors.

- Robust understanding of luxury furniture, dcor, materials, finishes, and space planning.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualisation software, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Ability to prepare presentations, BOQs, furniture schedules, and detailed design drawings.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for premium design aesthetics.

- Experience in furniture sourcing, vendor coordination, or international procurement will be preferred.
