We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle purchase bills accounting vendor reconciliation bank payments and GST return filing The candidate should be proficient in Tally and ERP software and capable of coordinating with internal departments for effective financial operations Key Responsibilities 1 Purchase Bills Accounting Recording and processing of vendor purchase bills in Tally and ERP systems Verification of purchase invoices against Material Receipt Reports MRRs and Purchase Orders Accurate allocation of expenses to appropriate cost centers or GL codes Coordination with the purchase department to ensure timely approval and posting of pending MRRs 2 Vendor Reconciliation Issue Resolution Timely reconciliation of vendor accounts Follow-up and resolution of discrepancies in purchase bills related to quantity pricing or taxes Liaising with vendors and purchase department to resolve invoice mismatches and ensure timely settlement 3 Bank Payments Preparation and processing of vendor payments via NEFT RTGS cheques Ensuring payments are made in line with due dates and as per payment terms Maintaining bank records and reconciling payment entries in Tally 4 GST Compliance Preparation and filing of monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns Ensuring input tax credit is claimed appropriately based on purchase bills Coordination with auditors or consultants for GST-related queries or notices 5 General Tally Accounting Day-to-day bookkeeping and entry of financial transactions in Tally Maintaining ledgers journals and other financial reports Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field Minimum 4-8 years of experience in accounting roles Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime and other ERP accounting software Working knowledge of GST regulations and return filing procedures Strong understanding of purchase process and vendor reconciliation Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
