We are looking for dynamic and experienced Technical Trainers to join our team and deliver high-quality training sessions to engineering and management students Trainers will play a key role in preparing students for placement drives internships and real-world job scenarios Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions in DSA Arrays Linked Lists Trees Graphs Sorting Searching Recursion Dynamic Programming etc Excel Functions Charts PivotTables Data Analysis Dashboards and Advanced Tools SQL Data querying Joins Aggregations Subqueries Stored Procedures and Performance Tuning Explain concepts clearly and practically to students with varying levels of proficiency Use hands-on exercises live demonstrations and assessments to ensure learning outcomes Content Development Planning Design curriculum and session plans aligned with academic goals and industry standards Create and maintain training materials worksheets and assignments Update training content based on technological advancements and placement trends Student Engagement Evaluation Conduct periodic assessments coding tests and quizzes to evaluate student learning Offer mentorship feedback and one-on-one support to help students overcome technical challenges Prepare students for technical interviews and aptitude rounds Collaboration Reporting Work with the Training Placement Cell to align training with placement requirements Share periodic training feedback reports and progress updates Required Skills Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas DSA With programming experience in C Java or Python Excel Including advanced formulas data visualization and possibly VBA SQL With hands-on experience in writing and optimizing queries Educational Background Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related fields Experience Minimum 2 years of teaching training experience in technical subjects Experience working with college students or in an educational setup is preferred Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong student-handling and mentoring abilities Organized patient and passionate about teaching Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
