Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads online offline initiating contact via telephone pitching our products services and closing sales This role demands excellent communication sales skills and the ability to work independently and meet targets Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Research and generate potential leads using online platforms LinkedIn Justdial Google directories etc Attend local events expos or visit locations for offline data collection when needed Maintain and organize lead data using CRM tools or spreadsheets Telesales Follow-ups Make outbound calls to potential customers from generated data Understand customer needs and explain product service offerings Follow up regularly with prospects via calls messages and emails Sales Conversion Convince potential customers to purchase and close sales effectively Meet or exceed daily weekly monthly sales targets Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant solutions Reporting Maintain records of calls conversations and sales outcomes Provide regular reports to the sales manager team lead Requirements Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or similar role preferred Solid communication and negotiation skills in English Hindi or other regional languages Comfortable using CRM systems Google Sheets MS Excel Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Self-motivated and organized Must own a smartphone laptop with internet access if remote or hybrid Perks Benefits Fixed Salary Attractive Incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
