Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service managing inventory preparing flavors and ensuring the smooth operation of our service The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry possess strong communication and teamwork skills and be eager to contribute to a positive customer experience Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with flavor selections Guide customers in choosing flavors and toppings based on their preferences Oversee the order process and ensure accurate delivery to the kitchen Offer suggestions for toppings that complement selected frozen yogurt flavors Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items notifying the outlet manager of low stock Perform stocking and food rotation tasks according to set guidelines Set up the store by arranging all toppings neatly and ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service Assist in the preparation of frozen yogurt flavors to ensure they are fresh and available for customers Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues for timely and accurate order processing Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and well-maintained meeting company standards Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout their experience Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding services Qualifications Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred Availability to work day evening and weekend shifts as needed Previous experience in the food industry is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
