Experience We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Full Time to prepare compute manage research and analyse all accounting data The ideal candidate will support us in maintaining a clear and accurate picture of our financial position performance solvency liquidity and cash flows Job Responsibilities The Senior Accountant performs a variety of general accounting tasks including Create update and maintain accounting journals ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions e g disbursements expense vouchers receipts accounts payable Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records Enters data into the computer system using defined computer programs Robust understanding of GST TDS Professional Tax and other statutory requirements Preparation of Journals and General Ledgers Maintenance of Cash books and day-to-day expense reports Revenue Tracking and preparation of necessary invoices Managing bills receivable and payable Compiling financial data and preparing reports Reconciling records with internal teams or external vendors customers Investigating questionable data and recommending actions to resolve discrepancies Job Requirements Proven working experience in accounting or relevant fields with 2 years of experience Experience using Tally and Advanced Excel In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures Experience in handling the finalization of the balance sheet Excellent with bill maintenance on a daily basis High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to analyse interpret and summarize financial data to respond to financial inquiries Understanding of and ability to recommend accounting policies and procedures Prior experience working in a startup or small-scale organization preferably within the technology sector Please note that candidates with experience solely in manufacturing or goods-based companies will not be considered Willingness and ability to commute regularly to our office in Malad Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby or within easily commutable distances Demonstrated capability of independently managing accounting responsibilities either as a standalone accountant or within a very small team maximum of two members Candidates must exhibit competence in handling comprehensive accounting tasks end-to-end Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English essential for clear and effective internal and external interactions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field Master s degree is an added advantage Professional certification such as CA Inter CMA Inter or similar will be a plus If you believe you are the right fit for this role please send in your application along with your updated resume to careers cynapto com Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
