This role combines project delivery leadership scope schedule cost quality risk and stakeholder management with operational ownership across suppliers subcontractors and the company s growing operational footprint in India Project Program Management Plan lead and control electronics and hardware-software development projects ensuring on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery Own and maintain integrated project plans and reporting cadence using tools such as MS Project Jira or similar Manage project scope requirements and change control while maintaining full lifecycle traceability Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation project management plans schedules status reports risk registers and configuration change records Cross Functional Coordination Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams electronics RF embedded software mechanical integration test and IVVQ Align priorities across engineering operations business development and management teams Act as a key interface between customers internal stakeholders suppliers and partners Supplier Subcontractor Operations Lead supplier and subcontractor operational performance identification support onboarding scope of work definition delivery tracking and quality follow-up Manage non-conformities NCR 8D acceptance processes and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on purchasing plans lead times expediting invoicing and budget tracking at work-package level Business Commercial Support Support Business Development and Sales teams with technical and commercial proposals including work package definition cost schedule assumptions and risk assessments India Operations Leadership Coordinate and execute operational plans to support the organization s growth in India Manage relationships with local partners and subcontractors Support operational scalability including vendor ecosystem mapping KPI reporting documentation standardization and alignment with global HQ processes Oversee logistics and import export coordination where applicable Multidisciplinary and Global ExposureCutting-Edge Projects in Space and Defence Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline 5 years of experience in project management for electronic product development preferably within defence and or aerospace environments Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools Jira Confluence MS Project or equivalent Strong understanding of quality and assurance frameworks e g ECSS MIL-STD AQAP EN9100 ISO 9001 Proven experience managing suppliers and subcontractors across technical delivery and quality dimensions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Provides leadership guidance and coordination to engineering and operational teams Responsible for defining managing and executing project and operational budgets Plays a key role in analyzing operational and financial data to support decision-making The client operates in the space and defense sector focusing on advanced embedded systems and microelectronics They work on cutting-edge technologies for high-reliability environments offering a dynamic and multidisciplinary setting Prospect of being a part of pioneering projects in space and defence while working in a collaborative global environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning
