Job Title Purchase Coordinator - Manufacturing Packaging We are looking for an organized and proactive Purchase Coordinator to support our manufacturing and packaging operations The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities maintain supplier relations and ensure the timely delivery of materials to maintain uninterrupted production processes Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute purchase orders for raw materials components and packaging supplies Maintain up-to-date procurement records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices terms and delivery schedules Track orders and resolve any issues related to delays discrepancies or quality Work closely with production warehouse and quality teams to understand requirements and address sourcing needs Evaluate supplier performance to ensure goods and services meet quality and cost expectations Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for all purchases Identify potential suppliers and contribute to supplier assessment and onboarding processes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong organizational and negotiation skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to multitask Language Hindi English Kannada Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
