Job description Job Title Site Supervisor Civil Location Panampilly Nagar CTC Approx 4 0 LPA with a minor annual component Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction and site management The candidate will be responsible for supervising upgradation and renovation works across civil mechanical electrical and plumbing CMEP domains The role requires ensuring quality timely project completion and cost optimization while coordinating with vendors and contractors Key Responsibilities Act as Site In-Charge for small commercial and residential building projects Oversee and manage Civil works Plan supervise and execute upgradation and renovation works Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor project progress ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets Optimize cost and time duration for all infra works Handle facility administration activities as required Prepare reports and maintain project documentation Qualifications Experience Diploma Graduate in Civil Engineering Minimum 6 years of experience in construction and site supervision Proven experience in site management and facility administration Skills Required Proficiency in CAD MS Office Excel Word Outlook and Google Sheets Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to deliver quality output within deadlines while optimizing costs Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 33 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
