- Chemical Engineer Company Ambica Industries Location Howrah Domjur Experience Required 6 -15 Years Chemical Manufacturing Industry Employment Type Full-Time Department Production Operations About the Role Ambica Industries is seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer to oversee production processes ensure efficient plant operations maintain quality standards and manage manpower in our chemical manufacturing unit The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of chemical processes production operations and handling shop-floor teams Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operationsand ensure adherence to production plans and timelines Monitor optimize and control chemical processes to achieve maximum efficiency Ensure all SOPs safety protocols and quality standardsare followed strictly Manage and supervise production manpower including operators and helpers Coordinate with Maintenance QA QC and Stores for smooth plant functioning Troubleshoot any process deviations equipment issues or quality-related concerns Maintain documentation such as batch records process logs and production reports Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve yield Ensure compliance with statutory norms such as pollution control waste disposal PPE usage etc Train and guide team members on operating procedures and safety Required Skills Qualifications B Tech B E in Chemical Engineering 4-6 years of experiencein a chemical manufacturing company mandatory Strong knowledge of production operations chemical reactions batch processing and unit operations Ability to manage and coordinate manpower efficiently Knowledge of EHS guidelines and safety practices Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability Proficiency in process monitoring tools and MS Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
