About the Company APS Property Solutions is a 20-year real estate solutions company specializing in Brokerage Advisory Interior Design Build and Construction We focus on delivering skilled innovative and tailor-made solutions for commercial and office projects Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QS Billing Engineer with strong experience in office fit-out projects The role involves quantity take-offs cost estimation billing vendor measurement verification and supporting the project team with accurate data for timely execution Key Responsibilities Prepare BOQ quantity take-offs and cost estimates for office fit-out works Review GFC drawings ID drawings and site measurements Prepare and verify contractor bills client bills and work certification Track project cost materials consumption and budget variations Coordinate with site engineers project managers design teams and vendors Ensure timely submission of RA bills final bills and change order documentation Maintain updated project records rate analysis and billing logs Support procurement with material quantities and cost data Identify and report deviations extra items and reworks Assist in preparing MIS reports and project financial summaries Requirements Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience as QS Billing Engineer office fit-out experience preferred Strong knowledge of interiors civil MEP quantities and rate analysis Proficiency in AutoCAD Excel and MS Office Good understanding of billing formats BOQ structures and site measurement practices Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience in commercial office interiors Ability to work with tight timelines Strong communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
