Vardan Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in civil construction infrastructure and industrial park development The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion ensuring quality safety and timely execution Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects including residential commercial and industrial developments Oversee planning design and execution of construction activities while ensuring compliance with regulations Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and government authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure smooth execution Monitor project timelines budgets and quality control to ensure successful delivery Review and approve drawings BOQs and tender documents for accuracy and efficiency Ensure adherence to safety standards environmental regulations and best construction practices Manage and mentor junior engineers site supervisors and contractors to maintain high work standards Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues Handle material procurement vendor negotiations and cost estimations to optimize project expenses Key Requirements B E B Tech in Civil Engineering M E M Tech preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction Strong knowledge of construction methodologies safety standards and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership communication and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you based on Ahmedabad What is your current and expected Ctc What is your notice period Work Location In person
