We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team supporting our UK client operations This role is ideal for a professional with robust bookkeeping and financial reporting experience who thrives in a dynamic business environment Key Responsibilities Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry account reconciliation and financial reporting Process invoices receipts payments and payroll entries using accounting software QuickBooks Sage Xero etc Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Prepare financial reports including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements Ensure compliance with accounting policies procedures and industry standards Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and accounts Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters Prepare and submit VAT returns to HMRC ensuring compliance with UK VAT laws and filing deadlines Ensure adherence to UK Accounting standards tax regulations and financial reporting standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Application Question s Working in CA practice for more than 2 years Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 2 years Required UK Accounting 2 years Required Tax Audit reports preparation 2 years Required Location Pune District Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
