Job Title Executive - Vendor Operations Job Summary The Executive - Vendor Operations is responsible for managing inbound vehicle coordination at the warehouse The role focuses on tracking vendor vehicle arrivals aligning them to the correct docks resolving inbound issues and ensuring smooth operations through close coordination with vendor partners and internal teams Key Responsibilities Monitor vendor vehicle arrivals and ensure timely check-in at the warehouse Coordinate with the Operations team for dock allocation and vehicle movement Resolve inbound issues such as documentation errors Maintain continuous communication with vendors drivers and warehouse teams Track vehicle turnaround time TAT and maintain daily inbound logs and reports Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Supply Chain preferred 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or vendor transport coordination Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to manage on-ground operational challenges in real time Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage Work Conditions On-site warehouse role Rotational shifts will be applicable Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in Supply Chain Do you have experience in Vehicle co-ordination Experience Warehouse operations Vendor Co-ordination 1 year Required Work Location In person
