Job Summary The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the academic admission process by providing accurate information about courses universities and career pathways Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding study options admission requirements course selection and career outcomes for education Abroad Handle walk-in telephonic and online inquiries convert leads into enrollments Maintain in-depth knowledge of education programs universities visa processes and admission timelines Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group seminars webinars for prospective students Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions for admission processing and documentation Track and update student records in CRM systems follow up with leads systematically Support marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs school visits and workshops Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities Customer-focused with a consultative approach Ability to work under targets and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree preferably in Education Business or related field 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling admissions or sales fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply Knowledge of overseas or domestic education systems Job Type Full time Language Malayalam Required English Required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 072 31 - 35 867 79 per month Work Location In person
