Key Responsibilities Prepare HVAC system design including heat load calculations equipment selection ducting layout and sizing Develop detailed HVAC design drawings schematics BOQ and technical specifications Design VRF VRV systems Air and water chiller ventilation systems exhaust systems ductable AC systems Heat pumps and associated piping systems Ensure designs comply with relevant codes standards and project requirements Perform system feasibility studies and energy efficiency analysis Coordinate with architects structural engineers electrical engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution Evaluate and approve HVAC equipment as per design and performance requirements Maintain all design documents calculation sheets and technical reports Provide technical support during installation and commissioning stages Review vendor drawings submittals and shop drawings Attend client meetings and provide design clarification Work closely with the project team to monitor design-related progress Ensure design changes are documented and incorporated without affecting project timelines Skills Required Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles Proficiency in AutoCAD HAP McQuay MS Office Good analytical communication teamwork skills Preferred Ability to handle multiple projects Attention to detail client-handling ability Qualification B E Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience HVAC design 5 years Required Language English Hindi Gujrati Preferred Work Location In person
