- Shift Incharge Quick Commerce We are hiring a Shift Incharge to manage end-to-end operations during assigned shifts for our quick-commerce hubs Key Responsibilities Oversee shift operations including picking packing dispatch delivery flow Manage delivery associates and ground staff to ensure on-time order fulfillment Monitor inventory reduce shrinkage and ensure proper stock handling Track shift performance metrics TAT accuracy dispatch time Handle escalations coordinate with warehouse logistics teams Ensure process compliance safety and discipline on the floor Requirements 2-4 years of experience in quick commerce last-mile operations Strong team handling coordination skills Ability to work in fast-paced time-sensitive environments Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
