About the Role We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle US accounting The candidate will manage all accounting processes including AP AR P L Balance Sheet bank reconciliation invoicing payroll coordination and month-end closing This is a complete end-to-end accounting role Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle US accounting including Accounts Payable AP and Accounts Receivable AR Prepare and maintain P L statements Balance Sheets General Ledger and financial reports Manage vendor payments purchase invoices expense entries and reconciliations Process customer invoices payment follow-ups and credit collections Perform monthly quarterly and yearly accounting closings Conduct bank reconciliation credit card reconciliation and ledger reviews Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with US standards Support budgeting forecasting and cost control activities Coordinate with US teams auditors tax consultants and management Ensure accuracy timeliness and proper documentation for all accounting entries Maintain internal controls and accounting best practices Job Type Full time Pay 9 502 96 - 27 277 42 per month Work Location In person
