Job Category AUDITING About Intertek Intertek is a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide Our network of more than 1 000 laboratories and offices and over 46 000 people in more than 100 countries delivers innovative and bespoke Assurance Testing Inspection and Certification solutions for our customers operations and supply chains Intertek Total Quality Assurance expertise delivered consistently with precision pace and passion enabling our customers to power ahead safely True to the spirit of our founders we lead the industry with unparallel ATIC services The spirit ignited by our co-founder Thomas Alva Edison who gave one of the biggest inventions to the world - lightbulb has guided all the Intertekers for 130 years and we continue to discover the Edison in ourselves every day The prospect for you to be a part of this heritage is right there join our ever-better journey it s time to unveil your destiny Job Responsibilities Auditing and Report Preparation Fully understand and conduct audits as a leader or a member of the audit team as per the SOP work instructions Ensure all relevant material documents are taken during audits Prepare and submit all Reports CAPs and other audit related documents in a complete comprehensive and presentable manner consistent with Client Intertek quality and TAT guidelines Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment Travel and assist in trip planning with short notices as per operational requirements Completion and maintenance of audit files Training Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled Share law updates with the team in case a new law or changes in an existing law comes into notice Qualification Any Engineering or Degree in Law Environment Chemical Textiles or Equivalent Technical Certifications Holding Lead Auditor Certifications like SA8000 WRAP BSCI PSCI RJC TFS RBA QMS EMS OHSAS SEDEX Preference - if he she is approved for PSCI RBA and BSCI Audits APSCA Qualification - ASCA CSCA Experience Minimum 05 years of Industry working experience or Minimum 02 years of third-party auditing experience for Social audits technical audits and Environmental audits Expertise at Indian Labor Laws and Regulations Industrial EHS requirements Quality and Production Systems List Quantitative Analysis Time Management English Communication Local Language Behaviours Aptitude Team player with ability to work independently High level of Integrity and Ethical Standards Willingness to travel extensively for short long periods of time
