Job Title Team Lead Design Cell Responsibilities Oversee the creation of design concepts layouts 3D models and detailed drawings for office interiors Ensure that all designs adhere to the client s brief industry standards and regulatory requirements Review and approve design concepts materials finishes selections proposed by the team Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality and innovation Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept development to project completion Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements preferences and vision for the project Develop detailed project plans timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the project team Ensure all design deliverables meet the company s quality standards and client expectations Conduct regular design reviews site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality Maintain comprehensive project documentation including design plans client communications and progress reports Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality and innovation Required candidate profile Hand Sketching Skills and lead well Accreditation will be a plus Interior Design Interior Architecture from a reputed Institute Proven experience in commercial office Fit-out design for Consultancy Design Build projects Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular Experience with AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP is necessary Must be a valuable Leader and should be able to guide and lead teams to success Location Thane Qualification M ARCH B ARCH G D ARCH Experience 8 years Experience in commercial office Fit-out design Job Type Full-time Pay 11 814 64 - 52 393 93 per month Experience Corporate Interiors 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
