Qualification Required Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT DME Approval Mandatory Minimum 1-2 years of experience Job Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests including hematology biochemistry microbiology and clinical pathology Collect and process samples such as blood urine sputum stool and swabs using standard protocols Ensure proper labeling documentation and safe handling of patient samples Operate maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment biochemistry analyzer hematology analyzer centrifuge microscope etc Prepare reagents stains and sample slides Maintain accurate records reports and test results in the LIS Laboratory Information System Follow NABL DME and laboratory quality control standards Ensure strict compliance with infection control safety protocols and confidentiality of patient data Assist in inventory management including ordering and maintaining stock of consumables and reagents Support quality assurance activities internal audits and documentation Job Type Full time Work Location In person
