We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records managing key accounting processes and providing valuable financial insights to senior management The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including managing the general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Lead the monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes ensuring all deadlines are met Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements P L Balance Sheet Trial Balance and comprehensive MIS reports Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards e g IFRS Indian GAAP taxation laws GST TDS Income Tax and corporate regulations Coordinate and manage internal and external audits preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors Chartered Accountants Perform complex account reconciliations and conduct variance analysis of financial data Assist in the development of budgets forecasts and long-term financial strategies Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff Required Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Master s degree or professional certification like ACA CPA or CA is a plus Experience Minimum of e g 3-5 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience preferably within the mention specific industry e g Real Estate Manufacturing Tech sector Job Type Full time Pay 14 928 41 - 20 820 42 per month Work Location In person
