Job Title HR Manager Location Noida Sector 63 Company Multivision Wizards Pvt Ltd Job Type Full-Time About the Company Multivision Wizards Pvt Ltd is a growing digital marketing and technology agency specializing in Social Media Management Website App Development PPC SEO Branding and Lead Generation We work with diverse clients across India and internationally We are expanding our team and looking for an HR professional to support our growing workforce Role Overview We are looking for a skilled HR Executive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations recruitment employee engagement and organizational processes The ideal candidate should be proactive people-oriented and capable of managing HR functions in a fast-paced digital agency environment Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment job posting screening interviewing and onboarding Identify staffing needs and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements Maintain and upgrade the talent pipeline for digital marketing technical and creative roles 2 Onboarding Induction Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding Prepare appointment letters offer letters and HR documentation 3 HR Operations Maintain employee records attendance leaves and payroll coordination Draft HR policies and ensure implementation across departments Handle employee queries and grievances professionally 4 Performance Management Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes Work closely with managers to track employee performance and development needs 5 Employee Engagement Organize team-building activities events and celebrations Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred 1-3 years of experience in HR operations preferably in a digital agency or IT company Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive understanding of recruitment workflows and HR compliance Proficiency in HR software MS Office and applicant tracking tools Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Preferred Skills Experience handling creative or digital marketing teams Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
