Job Title Design Engineer Location Umargam Job Type Full-time Department Technical Design Reports To Manager of Technical and Production Key Responsibilities Develop 2D and 3D models detailed drawings and assemblies using AutoCAD and SolidWorks Participate in the design and development of products components or systems from concept to production Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineering manufacturing and quality assurance teams Conduct design feasibility studies tolerance analysis and simulations as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation including BOMs and technical specifications Assist in prototype development testing and validation Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance reduce cost or simplify manufacturing Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards safety regulations and company policies Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Design or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is mandatory Strong understanding of engineering principles materials and manufacturing methods Ability to interpret technical drawings GD T and 3D models Good problem-solving analytical and organizational skills Solid communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a design engineering role Experience working in your industry - e g automotive machinery consumer products Familiarity with simulation tools e g SolidWorks Simulation Experience with product lifecycle management PLM systems Working Conditions Office-based with regular interaction in design labs or manufacturing environments Occasional travel to production facilities or supplier locations may be required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What is your total years of experience in Autocad and solid work What is your current in-hand salary What is your expected monthly in-hand salary How soon you can join us Location Umargam Gujarat 396155 Preferred Work Location In person
