Hi We are hiring Production Manager with VMC Machinery Knowledge of at least 7 to 10 years The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the CNC and VMC machining shop The role demands robust technical expertise in CNC VMC programming tooling and machining processes along with proven ability to lead production teams ensure quality compliance and drive continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and execute daily machining operations to meet production targets Develop optimize and troubleshoot CNC VMC programs Fanuc Siemens Haas applicable controls Select tools cutting parameters and machining strategies to improve efficiency and quality Supervise machinists and operators ensuring adherence to operational and safety procedures Monitor production performance reduce machine downtime and improve cycle times Coordinate with Design Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow Ensure adherence to technical specifications drawing requirements and GD T standards Oversee setup approvals first article inspections and process validation Maintain 5S and lean manufacturing practices throughout the shop Maintain inventory of tools inserts fixtures and raw materials reduce wastage Prepare daily production reports and support cost reduction initiatives Train and upskill team members on CNC programming setup and process controls Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Production or Manufacturing Engineering 10 to 15 years of CNC VMC machining experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role Strong hands-on experience in CNC VMC programming using CAM software e g Mastercam NX Powermill Deep knowledge of machining standards cutting tools jigs fixtures and GD T Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ISO AS9100 or industry-specific quality systems aerospace medical preferred Interested candidates can apply here or can share their cv to (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
