Be part of a dynamic high-performing team Premium wellness startup bringing world-class modern and traditional wellness This senior role blends hands-on mastery with leadership influence On behalf of our client we are pleased to recruit Senior Massage Therapist for City Oasis and Wellness India Who we are City Oasis is a well-funded premium wellness startup bringing world-class modern and traditional wellness experiences to India Our mission is to help successful Indians continue to lead successful balanced and fulfilling lives through a carefully curated blend of restorative and transformative practices Founded by Indian and Australian partners City Oasis will open its flagship centre in South Delhi with rapid national expansion to follow City Oasis caters to an affluent and aspirational clientele seeking premium world-class wellness experiences We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Massage Therapist to deliver our Signature treatments and uphold the highest standards of skill service and professionalism The Role The Senior Massage Therapist is a premium practitioner within the City Oasis team delivering our Signature treatments ensuring consistent quality and acting as a role model for technique and guest experience This role blends hands-on mastery with leadership influence You will guide support and elevate the massage team while upholding City Oasis service standards Your responsibilities will include Deliver City Oasis Signature treatments with exceptional technique consistency and guest care Maintain exceptional guest care personalised service and professional rapport Achieve and consistently improve key performance indicators KPIs including rebooking rate guest satisfaction scores retail conversion and treatment utilisation Identify guest needs and confidently recommend appropriate add-ons treatment enhancements and retail products to support their wellness outcomes Support training coaching and development of the therapist team to ensure consistency in technique and delivery Provide structured feedback to the Centre Manager on team performance training needs and service quality Uphold brand standards across presentation ambience treatment flow and guest handling Bring advanced technical skill and deep modality knowledge to refine Signature treatments and elevate team capability Model the City Oasis culture and act as a reference point for professionalism and service rituals Assist with onboarding current therapists and embedding treatment protocols Ensure hygiene safety and treatment-room readiness at all times Qualifications Skills Experience you ll need to be successful 5 years professional experience as a massage therapist in a spa wellness luxury hotel or premium clinic environment Formal qualifications in massage therapy or related wellness therapies are necessary for this role Advanced skill level across multiple modalities modern traditional Proven excellence in guest service retention and treatment outcomes Ability to teach mentor or support other therapists formal trainer experience ideal but not required Strong communication presence and professionalism Must maintain a well-groomed professional appearance aligned with our premium wellness brand and hygiene standards Confidence working with affluent and discerning clientele delivering elevated service with discretion Strong understanding of treatment flow ambience and luxury service expectations Fluency in English Hindi or additional regional languages advantageous A genuine passion for wellness and a desire to grow with a luxury brand What we can offer Competitive salary package Performance-linked incentives as the company scales Opportunities for advanced training skill development and technique mastery Significant long-term career growth as we expand nationally with pathways into training leadership and specialist roles A beautifully designed world-class wellness environment A leadership-influential role within a growing national team Please apply on line to be considered interviews will be from 8th of December 2025 - 13th of December 2025
