Shreya Plasto Bathware Pvt Ltd Hingna MIDC Nagpur We are seeking an experienced Senior QA QC Engineer to lead quality control for our bathware manufacturing operations in Hingna MIDC Nagpur We specialize in products made from brass and chrome-plated materials Key Responsibilities Senior QA QC Engineer Manage the Quality Management System QMS and ensure compliance with industry standards e g ISO 9001 Implement rigorous inspection protocols for incoming raw materials brass stainless steel and outgoing finished products Monitor in-process quality control identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Oversee product testing for dimensional accuracy material composition and corrosion resistance salt spray testing Manage supplier quality assurance and conduct vendor audits Maintain documentation generate reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering 5-7 years of QA QC experience in a relevant manufacturing setting metal fabrication bathware Expertise in materials like brass stainless steel and knowledge of chrome plating quality control Proficient with quality control tools and measuring instruments Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 21 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
