The Collection Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of service fees consultancy charges documentation fees and follow-ups with clients whose files are under MSME subsidy machinery loans and government scheme processing This role requires solid communication field follow-up skills and a professional approach in handling clients Key Responsibilities1 Payment Collection Follow-Up Follow up with clients for pending payments instalments and service fees Ensure timely collection as per agreed terms and maintain high recovery efficiency Visit clients if required for cheque cash collection and document pickup Share payment reminders through WhatsApp calls and emails 2 Documentation Record Management Maintain a proper log of collection status and daily follow-ups in Excel CRM Coordinate with back office for invoice copies receipts and client details Update collection reports ageing summaries and settlement status 3 Client Communication Communicate politely and professionally with clients regarding outstanding dues Resolve queries related to billing service fees scheme progress or documentation Maintain healthy relations with clients while ensuring timely recovery 4 Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the accounts loan and subsidy teams for client status Update senior management on daily weekly collection performance Share timely alerts about clients delaying payments or skipping commitments 5 Field Visit If Required Conduct scheduled field visits for collection and documentation Verify client details and maintain transparency in transactions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
