About the Role We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager with a strong background in agriculture The candidate will oversee large agricultural farms manage day-to-day operations supervise labour maintain drip irrigation systems and coordinate activities at the oil extraction plant Key Responsibilities Supervise large-scale agricultural farm operations Oversee and maintain drip irrigation systems Manage coordinate and assign tasks to farm labour Monitor crop health soil conditions and farm inputs Supervise operations at the oil extraction plant Maintain daily records of farm activities and labour workflow Prepare and update daily reports to the head management Ensure smooth and productive work processes Required Qualifications M Sc in Agriculture Mandatory Minimum 2-5 years of farm management experience preferred Strong knowledge of irrigation systems crop management field supervision Ability to lead and manage labour teams Language Skills Must be able to read write and speak English Hindi and Telugu Computer Knowledge Should be able to use MS Office Excel for preparing reports Good communication and problem-solving skills Salary 35 000 - 50 000 per month Negotiable based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
