Job description Position Title Jewellery Merchandiser Location Sitapura Jaipur Employment Type Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Jewellery Merchandiser with strong expertise in Costing to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to shelf with a strong focus on cost analysis price structuring and profitability This role requires a solid understanding of jewellery materials market trends and financial analysis to ensure competitive pricing and optimal product assortment Key Responsibilities Merchandising 1 Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet business objectives 2 Coordinate with design and production teams to develop new jewellery collections aligned with market trends 3 Manage product assortment category planning and inventory levels across sales channels 4 Analyze sales data to track product performance and recommend stock rotations or phase-outs Costing Pricing 1 Prepare detailed cost sheets for new and existing products considering raw material labour and overhead costs 2 Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate costs and optimize margins 3 Monitor fluctuations in raw material e g gold diamonds and gemstones prices and update costing accordingly 4 Assist in setting retail and wholesale pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market positioning 5 Ensure compliance with target gross margins and pricing policies Required Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising and costing Robust knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes materials and pricing structures Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail Strong English communication and negotiation skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Salary- Negotiable Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
