analyst who can operate in a fast-paced ever-changing setting Key qualifications include Experience Education Bachelor s degree in finance environmental science social sciences or a related field advanced degrees or certifications in ESG sustainability are a plus Proven experience in data analysis and reporting preferably in an ESG or sustainability-focused role Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks such as IFRS GRI CDP TCFD CDSB ESRS Proficiency in data analysis tools e g Excel R Python and data visualization software e g Tableau Power BI Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ability to configure optimize and customize SF products Experience with data warehouses for efficient ESG data collection and reporting Familiarity with ESG platforms such as Salesforce NetZeroCloud Workiva AuditBoard Ecovadis IBM Envizi Sphera Assist with integrating Net Zero Cloud with other Salesforce products or external systems using APIs and other integration tools
