We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and as per design specifications The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers contractors and workers to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction work on-site Ensure that all work is carried out as per the approved drawings safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with architects contractors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and task execution Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports Identify and resolve technical issues in office quickly Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards Ensure proper safety measures are followed by all site personnel Support project planning scheduling and budgeting tasks Liaise with local authorities when necessary to meet compliance requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional certification preferred but not mandatory Minimum 5 years of site engineering or construction experience Key Skills Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Good communication and team coordination skills Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD MS Project etc is a plus Work Conditions Full-time on-site work May require travel to different project sites Must be comfortable working in outdoor and construction environments Salary 25K- 40K per Month Application Process Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to nithishinfracon gmail com with the subject line Application for Site Engineer Also Contact to Contact Number (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 39 469 95 per month Work Location In person
