About Us We are a dynamic architecture firm specializing in delivering creative design solutions and high-quality project documentation We leverage advanced BIM processes to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration across disciplines Role Overview We are seeking a talented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling to join our team The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models ensuring accuracy and coordinating with design and engineering teams Key Responsibilities Develop manage and maintain BIM models across various project stages Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency Create detailed construction drawings 3D visualizations and parametric components Implement BIM standards workflows and best practices Support project coordination through clash detection and design validation Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards Requirements Bachelor s Master s in Architecture or related field Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and other BIM tools Knowledge of Navisworks Dynamo Rhino Grasshopper preferred Strong understanding of architectural detailing construction documents and coordination workflows Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Minimum X years of experience in BIM-based architecture projects Job Type Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
