HR Recruiter Location Pitampura Delhi Company Valeur Fabtex Pvt Ltd Education Skill Development Sector About Valeur Fabtex Valeur Fabtex is a partner of the National Skill Development Corporation and operates in the vocational education skill-development sector Our mission includes training delivery integrating skills with academic education developing teachers technology in education and employability initiatives valeurfabtex com Role Summary The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring young graduates for our education training programs They will work to ensure we have the right talent to support training delivery academic integration and other HR functions This role is ideal for someone who is energetic proactive and interested in the education sector Key Responsibilities Understand hiring needs for various roles within the education training division trainers coordinators administrative staff etc Source candidates through job portals social media campus placements referrals etc Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage the end-to-end recruitment process offer letters negotiations onboarding Maintain candidate tracking applicant database Assist in employer branding and outreach activities campus drives job fairs etc Ensure fairness transparency and compliance with company policies Required Qualifications Attributes Gender Male Age Up to 25 years Education Graduate any discipline Experience Up to 4 years in recruitment preferably in education training non-profit sector Strong communication skills verbal and written in English and Hindi Positive interpersonal skills confidence in interacting with young candidates and stakeholders Basic understanding of recruitment tools platforms Self-motivated organized ability to manage multiple hiring tasks simultaneously Desirable Some exposure to education vocational training sector Experience in campus hiring or placement coordination Basic HR knowledge onboarding documentation What We Offer Opportunity to work in the education skill-development sector Learning exposure across recruitment HR processes and education program operations Friendly team environment based in Pitampura Competitive salary depending on experience Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
