Job requisition ID 90070 Date Oct 3 2025 Location Delhi Designation Consultant Entity Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP Work profile As a practitioner in our Technology Transformation practice you will have the prospect to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations Here is an overview of your responsibilities Demonstrate capital project management capabilities and professional experience in execution of large industrial projects preferably in semiconductor solar cell module manufacturing pharmaceutical Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing project landscape Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements The ideal Candidate 4-8 years of experience in executing capital projects in infrastructure projects like airports ports railways or industrial projects including manufacturing plant set-ups Should have good written oral communication Skills Early joiners shall be preferable Key Responsibilities End to end management of construction project lifecycle encompassing planning monitoring inter-discipline coordination resource planning Advise on best practices risk identification mitigation stakeholder management engineering coordination etc Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule preparation using project scheduling software - Microsoft Projects Primavera P6 Responsible for planning monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing durations dependencies constraints resource requirement Schedule management covering periodic update of integrated schedule reporting of critical paths Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays Manage discussions with contractors to review progress understand concerns developing mitigation actions Inter discipline inter functional coordination for engineering procurement construction Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports and generating key action points for the project manager Desired qualifications B E Mech Civil Electrical from Tier 1 2 colleges Post Graduation MBA Post graduate diploma in Construction Management Location and way of working This profile requires the selected candidate to operate mostly out of project site which can be located anywhere in India
