Position Electrical Trainer - Noida Key Responsibilities Conduct theoretical and practical sessions for trainees under the Electrical Trade program focusing on both traditional and emerging technologies Deliver comprehensive training on Electrical Wiring Domestic Industrial Installation Motor Winding and Maintenance Work Introduce students to modern electrical technologies including Smart Meter Installation Configuration and Troubleshooting Harness Assembly and Cable Termination Techniques Basics of Electric Vehicles EV - Battery Management Systems Charging Stations and Power Distribution Solar Energy Basics and Integration with Electrical Systems Train students in safe handling of tools and instruments such as Multimeters Clamp Meters Meggers and Testing Equipment Deliver sessions on reading circuit diagrams fault identification and preventive maintenance Guide trainees on energy efficiency renewable energy practices and digital diagnostics used in modern industries Prepare lesson plans training materials and assessment modules aligned with NSQF SSC guidelines Conduct continuous assessments and maintain detailed records of student progress and performance Collaborate with the placement team to connect trainees with employment opportunities in electrical EV and smart meter industries Assist in post-placement tracking to monitor retention and gather feedback from employers Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment smart kits and safety gear Promote industry exposure through guest lectures field visits or industry tie-ups Qualification Experience Diploma B Tech in Electrical Electrical Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance installation or smart technology operations Experience in Skill Development NSDC PMKVY DDU-GKY CSR projects preferred Required Skills Robust understanding of electrical systems EV technology smart meters and wiring harness assembly Excellent communication and practical demonstration skills Ability to motivate mentor and engage youth learners Proficiency in basic computer operations and reporting tools Preferred Certified Trainer under Power Sector Electronics Sector Skill Council Exposure to EV charging station setup solar integration or smart grid systems Knowledge of digital training tools simulators and e-learning modules Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
