Haridwar Nest Villas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage the technical and on-site execution of our premium villa project in Haridwar The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction quality assurance and project coordination to ensure our luxury villas and supporting infrastructure are delivered to the highest standards Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution and Management 2 Planning Coordination and Reporting 3 Health Safety and Environment HSE Required Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s Masters Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 7-10 years of experience in residential construction specifically working on villas housing projects or high-end residential buildings Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of building codes construction methods quality standards and safety regulations Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings Familiarity with construction planning and estimation software is a plus Personal Attributes Highly organized detail-oriented with excellent leadership and in office problem-solving capabilities Location Willingness to work full-time on the project site in Kheda Gujarat Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 39 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kheda Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
