Job Role Sales Officer Job Location Jalgaon Dhule Nandurbar Qualification Any Graduate MBA Exp 2-5 yrs We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at our car dealership The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in New Car Sales and Lead Generation and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills You will play a key role in driving sales enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving dealership targets Key Responsibilities Drive new car sales by generating and following up on leads understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle options Conduct professional product demonstrations including test drives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience Maintain in-depth knowledge of automobile features finance options insurance registration processes and other allied services to effectively educate customers Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication Coordinate with internal teams including RTO in-charge for registration formalities and delivery in-charge for pre-delivery procedures Accurately prepare and maintain customer profile cards document sales activities and update CRM systems Participate actively in product and competition training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns within the city to boost brand visibility generate leads and expand customer reach Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience sales officer 1 year Required Work Location In person
