Job Duties for Financial Controller Looking for Asst Financial Controller for handling outsourcing financial billings and other financial aspects in India of parent company managed and operated in USA Billing A R A P GL Cost Center level accounting and Revenue Recognition Tracking the daily Accounting Affairs and generating the Monthly Financial Statements like P L Account Balance Sheet and other reports necessitated by the Top Management along with statutory closing of books of accounts and its reporting Developing the Budgets for the company with regular comparison of the Budget with Actual figures Knowledge of managing the Outsourcing Billing work and Financial transactions Negotiating with the Banks Financial Institutions for disbursement of various proposals Preparation Amendment Implementation of SOP for the various functions of finance Research technical accounting issues for compliance Implement and strengthen internal controls Team Handling of Backend Billers Monitoring Cash Flows Investments Loans and other key activities and reports Vendor Negotiations and deal finalization in respect of rates and best credit Hard Close and Soft Close of books of accounts along with statutory dues management Establishing finance operational strategies by evaluating trends and designing systems to enhance organizational effectiveness Functioning as the point of contact with internal business clients other practice areas within the Tax Department and external tax advisors Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Support month-end and year-end close process with substantiation of all month-end schedules with proper back-up documents Additional controller duties as necessary Requirements and skills Excellent communication skills Proven working experience as a Financial Controller 10 years of US GAAP experience Advanced degree in accounting CPA or CA preferred Thorough knowledge US-GAAP I-GAAP principles and procedures Reporting - CFO Kare Partners US About Company - Kare Partners US Payroll - Kare Partners Group India Shift timings - 4 PM - 1 AM IST Job Type Full-time Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 600 000 00 per year Advantages Work from home Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
