RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with GBEs to capture and define program requirements effectively ensuring alignment with GDM Global Design Model business goals and stakeholder expectations Oversee the development testing deployment and adoption phases of Teamcenter Polarion DRIM and Rule Stream coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality Drive program schedules by establishing clear timelines and milestones monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines Identify potential risks throughout the program lifecycle conducting risk assessments and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables Foster adoption of new processes and tools within the organization by developing training materials conducting workshops and providing ongoing support to users Engage with Enterprise IT EIT IT Business Partners ITBP and GBEs to ensure program success facilitating communication and collaboration to address challenges and optimize performance Monitor and ensure productivity is realized as per the established plan by analyzing performance metrics providing feedback and implementing process improvements as needed Prepare and present regular program updates to senior management and stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and strategic recommendations for future initiatives Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating technical requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across all technology sectors demonstrating a strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies Robust knowledge of Teamcenter and Rule Stream In-depth familiarity with these tools including their
