Principal Duties 1 Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers Respond to customer complaints orinquiries Solicit customer feedback input and information through various communicationvehicles React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of allcustomers 2 Ensure the 24 7 execution of fuel operations at store-level including product handling suppliesordering and pricing compliance 3 Manage the training coaching and performance of all fuel service associates 4 Ensure execution of established safety security quality and store operations policies proceduresand practices 5 Ensure proper execution of all cash management activities including accurate cash handling creditcard processes and safety procedures 6 Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the store s fuel operationsstrengths and address areas of chance 7 Coordinate daily fuel operations assignments and activities of associates 8 Ensure fuel pricing procedures are executed 9 Maintain a minimum of 46 75 hours worked per week Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 3 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
