Job Title Staff Nurse Location HOSUR Department Nursing Reports To Nursing In-Charge Medical Superintendent Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients ensuring patient safety comfort and well-being The role involves assisting doctors administering medication monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and standards Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessment planning implementation and evaluation Administer medications injections and intravenous infusions as prescribed Monitor vital signs symptoms and patient progress promptly report any changes to the physician Assist in diagnostic tests procedures and treatments Educate patients and families on health care recovery and preventive measures Maintain accurate patient records charts and reports Ensure infection control hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times Support doctors during rounds surgeries and emergency situations Handle medical equipment safely and effectively Provide emotional support and care to patients and their families Qualifications Skills Diploma B Sc in Nursing ANM GNM B Sc Nursing Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council Strong knowledge of nursing practices patient care and hospital procedures Good communication interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends Working Conditions Hospital Clinical environment Shift duties including weekends and holidays May require long hours and emergency response Salary Based on experience and hospital norms Job Types Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
