Immediate Opening for FCC Coordinator - Vashi - Female Exp Min 2 yrs Np immediate to 15 days Job Title Family Club Coordinator Department Operations Reports To Family Club Manager Job Summary The Family Club Coordinator is responsible for managing the Progenesis Family Club ensuring smooth patient registration processes fostering strong relationships with members and organizing engaging events that enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty The role is also instrumental in generating referrals by creating positive experiences for every patient The coordinator will handle all aspects of communication event planning and inventory management to ensure seamless operations within the club Roles and Responsibilities Patient Registration Tracking Register newly conceived and booked patients into the Progenesis Family Club immediately after package booking Provide patients with a smart card and explain the benefits of participating in the CSR activities and upcoming events Taking referrals from patients by maintaining healthy relationship Educational Outreach Distribute relevant pregnancy and post-pregnancy materials infographics videos flyers etc monthly for ANC patients Event Planning Celebration Organize celebrations for key holidays and special days such as Children s Day Christmas Diwali and Makar Sankranti including surprise gifts for children Plan and execute one major annual family club event across all center s Celebrate patients birthdays and anniversaries in office including cake cutting or small gifts like Cadbury treats Inventory Management Ensure with Centre Head on timely procurement and availability of gifts and event supplies Maintain inventory records using Excel and track gift distribution Centre Events Video Recording Conduct daily Beta HCG and ANC Antenatal Care events and videos at the center Organize and record videos for ANC patients baby-related events and special day celebrations Other On-Job Duties Assist the OPD Coordinator Centre Head or other center staff in their duties as needed particularly when they are unavailable or require additional support Maintain positive relationships with center staff and foster a cooperative team-oriented environment Actively collect Google reviews and testimonials from patients ensuring they are happy and willing to share their experiences Take the onus of your JD role KRA as who would be SPOC Single Point of Connect in your absence Interested candidates please send your updated resume on recruiter5 progenesisivf com Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
