About the Company We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector currently managing 2 500 operational beds and expanding to 4 000 beds by December 2025 Our mission is to provide safe comfortable and community-driven living spaces for students and working professionals supported by strong hospitality catering and operations management We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our Hostel Operations team and ensure efficient management of supplies and inventory across our properties Role Overview The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining stock records ensuring timely supply of materials monitoring inventory levels and supporting hostel operations with effective store management Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of receipts issues and returns of stock Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks Ensure proper storage labeling and organization of materials Coordinate with catering housekeeping and facility teams for supply requirements Prepare purchase requisitions and liaise with vendors for timely delivery Maintain hygiene and safety standards in store management Generate reports on stock movement and highlight shortages in advance Prevent wastage damage or pilferage of materials Candidate Requirements Prior experience in storekeeping inventory or warehouse management hospitality hostel experience preferred Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Familiarity with inventory software or MS Excel for stock management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable detail-oriented and responsible with time management skills Flexibility to support operations across Delhi Noida and Gurgaon as required What We Offer Competitive salary and growth opportunities Training and skill development in hostel operations and supply management Exposure to large-scale hostel and hospitality operations in a rapid-growing startup A professional inclusive and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have prior experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory warehouse management How many years of experience do you have in storekeeping or inventory control Are you familiar with using Excel or inventory management software Are you comfortable working across multiple hostel properties in Delhi Noida and Gurgaon This role may require extended hours during peak operations Are you comfortable with this Work Location In person
