Finance Manager Startup-Focused Omnichannel Operations We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic startup The ideal candidate needs to have a knack for understanding omnichannel FMCG sales and operations including offline retail e-commerce and quick commerce and bring expertise in handling the accounts taxation preparing financial projections MIS Management Information Systems adhere to compliances and supporting future fundraising efforts Responsibilities Financial Analysis Reporting Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis MIS Projections Create and manage MIS reports and financial projections for internal decision-making and fundraising purposes Compliance Coordination Oversee taxes and ensure adherence to government regulations Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant CA and Company Secretary CS firms for audits and filings Process Improvement Evaluate and improve financial systems and procedures Proactively identify and implement corrective actions Skills Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally Zoho Books and MS Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance Prior experience in handling omnichannel sales operations is a plus Ability to prepare detailed financial projections and reports for fundraising Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Preferred Benefits Flexible work culture Paid sick leave and time off Prospect to work closely with founders and gain exposure to a wide array of financial and operational activities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
